1. How do I become a Member?

There are few different ways to become a Member – you can join directly with BRewarded via our website www.brewarded.com.au or on our mobile app. Or if you are a member of a BRewarded Business Partner, you can place a request with them.

2. Is there a cost for joining?

No - joining BRewarded is free. There is an annual renewal fee on the anniversary of your join date, of 2,000 points, which is automatically deducted from your account.  If you do not have 2,000 points on your account at that time, you have a grace period of one year in order to earn your Membership fee, by which time, if you still have not paid your fee, your Membership will be cancelled and your account deactivated.

3. How do I earn points?

Earning points is easy - all you have to do is a be a little ‘cleverer’ about where you shop and make sure you show your membership number at the time of purchase online or at store.

4. How do I find BRewarded Partners?

The best way to find out which businesses will reward you for your loyalty with BRewarded points is to go to www.brewarded.com.au and select the product/store/ category of your interest! 

5. How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance either by going online to www.brewarded.com.au  or via your mobile app.

6. Do my points expire?

BRewarded Points remain valid for a period of 2 years from the date they are first credited to the Member’s Account, after which, if not redeemed, will be forfeited.

7. What can I redeem my points on?

You can redeem your points on almost anything at all of the Partners in the BRewarded Program.

8. How do I redeem my points?

Spending your points is easy - all you have to do is decide what you want to reward yourself with!

In-Store Redemption – Show the 2D Barcode on your phone at your chosen business (please note online businesses cannot process in-store redemptions.) Select the product you would like to purchase with your points. Tell the POS operator that you will be using your BRewarded points to pay for the purchase.

Online Redemption – To redeem online, you will first need to register your details on the BRewarded website, where you will create your password. Then have a look at our stores, do this by clicking the ‘Shop’ button. When you have a found something you would like to purchase with your points; complete the Redemption form and you will receive an email confirming that your redemption has been completed.

9. Who can redeem points?

The contact, whose name is registered as the holder of the BRewarded Membership is the person who is authorised to make a redemption.

10. Can I transfer my points?

Yes! Points can be transferred to another Member by simply contacting the BRewarded office and confirming your password.
